New here? Learn how to search the directory and set up your account.
Use the FIND and NEAR fields at the top of any page — enter what you're looking for (like "restaurants" or a business name) and a city or neighborhood, then hit search. You can narrow results further with category and filter options on the search results page.
Yes — use the category menu in the header (Restaurants, Home Services, Auto Services, and more) to browse listings without typing a search first.
We cover cities across Florida, from Miami and Orlando to smaller towns statewide, and we're adding more every week. If a city isn't fully populated yet, that just means we're still growing there.
Yes — searching, browsing listings, saving favorites, and writing reviews are all free for anyone with an account.
No — searching and viewing business listings is open to everyone. You'll only need an account for things like saving favorites, writing a full review, or messaging a business.
Click "Sign Up" in the top-right corner, enter your name, email, and a password, and you're set. You can also sign in with a third-party provider if one is offered on the sign-up page.
Update your info, change your password, or close your account.
Go to your account settings from the menu under your name in the top-right corner. You can update your name, photo, and other profile details there.
From your account settings, look for the password or security section to set a new password.
Yes — many people do. You can browse and review businesses with your consumer account and separately manage a listing with a business account.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We'll send a reset link to the email address on your account.
We remove or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period. Reviews you've written may remain visible in de-identified form so a business's review history stays accurate — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Contact us and we'll process your deletion request. See our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy for what happens to your data when your account is closed.
Writing, editing, and reporting reviews and photos on the directory.
Go to a business's listing page and look for the "Write a Review" button, or start from the Write a Review page to search for a business first. You'll choose a star rating and can add photos along with your written review.
In some cases, yes — certain listings accept guest reviews with just your name and contact details. Signing in still gives you the full set of features, like editing your review later or building a public profile.
Yes — open the review from your account and you'll find options to edit or remove it.
You can attach multiple photos to a single review to help other visitors get a better sense of the business.
By default, reviews show most recent first, so the review history stays current as new visitors weigh in.
Reviews should reflect a genuine experience with the business. We don't allow fake, incentivized, or defamatory reviews, or trading compensation for posting, editing, or removing one — see our Terms of Service for the full policy.
No. Businesses can respond publicly to a review, but can't pay to remove one, and can't use contract terms that penalize a customer for posting an honest review — that's prohibited under federal law and our Terms of Service.
Use the report or flag option on the review itself, or contact us directly with a link to the review and what's wrong with it.
Saving businesses and voting on whether you'd recommend them.
Look for the save or bookmark option on a business's listing page. Your saved businesses are private to your account and accessible from your account menu.
Open your account menu and look for Favorites to see everything you've saved in one place.
No — your favorites list is private. Businesses can't see who has saved their listing.
It's a quick, lightweight way to signal whether you'd recommend a business — yes, no, or maybe — separate from writing a full review. You can vote once per business, whether or not you have an account.
Yes, if you're signed in — revisit the business listing and update your vote at any time.
Requesting quotes, contacting businesses, and notifications.
On a business's listing page, use the quote request or contact option and describe what you need. The business will respond through the Service or using the contact details you provide.
Only what's needed to respond to your request — for example, if you request a quote, we share the details necessary to fulfill it, like your name and contact info.
You'll get a notification, and — depending on your settings — an email. You can also check the status any time from your account.
No — you're free to request quotes or reach out to as many businesses as you'd like.
The bell icon in the header shows account activity, like updates on a request you've sent. You can see your full notification history from the notifications page while signed in.
Yes — manage your preferences from your account settings, or use the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email.
Adding, claiming, and managing your business listing.
Click "Add Your Business" from the For Business menu or the homepage, and fill in your business's name, category, location, and hours. It only takes a few minutes and there's a free plan to start.
No — the Free plan doesn't require payment info. You'd only add a card if you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Search for your business, open its listing page, and look for a "Claim this business" option. You'll need to verify you're authorized to manage it.
Contact us with details proving your authority over the business (like a matching business email or phone number), and we'll help sort out the claim.
When we're able to confirm a claim, we display a Verified badge on that business's listing. Not having the badge doesn't necessarily mean a business is unverified — see our Terms of Service for details.
From your business dashboard, open your listing's settings to update hours, upload photos, and manage the services or menu items you showcase.
Multi-user team access is planned for a later phase and isn't available yet — for now, a business account is managed by a single login.
Free gets your business listed with the basics. AI Visibility Starter adds richer AI-readable business data, a Verified badge, and monthly AI citation reporting. AI Visibility Pro adds weekly citation alerts, competitor tracking, API access, and a multi-location dashboard. See our Pricing page for full details and current prices.
From your business dashboard, open the review under your Reviews section to post a reply.
How paid plans are billed, changed, and canceled.
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
From your business dashboard's subscription settings, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your subscription settings; the change is prorated against your current billing period.
We'll let you know and give you a chance to update your payment method through Stripe before any change to your plan.
Invoice history and PDF downloads are coming soon to the business dashboard. In the meantime, contact us if you need a copy of a past charge.
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law — see our Terms of Service for the full billing terms.
How we handle fake reviews and reports of inappropriate content.
We use a mix of automated checks and manual review to catch spam, incentivized, and fake reviews, and we remove content that violates our guidelines — see our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Content that's false or misleading, infringes someone's rights, is hateful or exploits minors, or otherwise breaks the law or our Terms of Service.
Use the report option on the content itself where available, or contact us with a link and details — we review reports and act on genuine violations.
We'll typically let you know why. If you think it was a mistake, contact us and we'll take a look.
What we collect, cookie choices, and exercising your data rights.
Our Privacy Policy covers this in full — in short, account info, content you post, and technical data needed to run the Service.
No — we don't sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Use the "Manage Cookie Preferences" option (also available on our Cookie Policy page) to change your choices at any time.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or update your communication preferences from your account settings.
Contact us using the details on our Data Protection Policy page, and we'll help you exercise the rights available to you.
