8 Foot Spa

This was my third time coming here، and every visit has been a great experience. The customer service is always friendly and welcoming، the prices are very reasonable، and the one-hour foot massage was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax.

Im so happy I found this place. Ive tried three therapists so far. I get full body and head massage. My personal choice is Tom. His head massages give me goose bumps. He listened when I told him I like strong massage. Im a petite woman but I need a lot of pressure to release the tension on my back and shoulders. He is very thorough and it feels as though he is reading my body as he does my massage. I've got to get in here one day for a foot reflexology massage by itself because I feel the techniques would be amazing. Overall friendly and great experience. Will be back.

I went here once before for a foot massage by wing and that was so amazing… but I went back to get a full body massage and essentially paid to get abused. My back feels like there are so many bruises on it. The lady was going so hard I started tearing up and I had to tell her to go softer. She went softer for 5 min then went back to digging her elbow into my neck. And the “full body” is basically 45 min of a back massage، 3 min head massage، and the rest legs and feet. If it wasn’t for the fact that she was out of breath، I would’ve asked to not pay at all. It’s not even what I originally asked for. The lady at the front though was extremely friendly. I will say، the other issue I had is the the massage lady wouldn’t even let me get undressed by myself… she stayed in the room

I cannot overstate how appalling my experience was with this establishment. After discovering a Groupon deal، I contacted them to verify its validity and was assured they would honor the price. Anticipating potential dishonesty، I recorded the conversation. When I presented this recording at the time of payment، the staff member erupted in fury، blatantly declaring، "I don't care; you need to pay." Her aggressive shouting and outright refusal to honor their prior commitment were beyond unprofessional—they were downright hostile. It's painfully clear that this business prioritizes extorting money over integrity or customer satisfaction. The owner's deceitful practices and the staff's belligerent attitude make this place a ticking time bomb of disappointment. While the masseuses exhibited competence، their skills are utterly overshadowed by the toxic environment fostered by management. For the good of the public، I feel compelled to share that I have attached a recording of my conversation with them below. I don't want anyone else to be subjected to such treatment. There are plenty of other reputable and honest establishments to choose from. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this den of dishonesty at all costs. 1.I looked at your other reviews، and a lot of people had the same problems I did. 2.When I asked you to book، I clearly said I was using Groupon and that it was for a couple. You should’ve told me then that the full body massage isn’t included. 3.Just a heads-up to future customers: they don’t honor Groupon the way they should، and it’s clear customer satisfaction isn’t something they care about. There are plenty of other places in the area that do a much better job.
