What an incredible experience at A La Varita in Doral! From the moment we arrived، we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality that made us feel like family. The food was absolutely phenomenal and full of authentic Puerto Rican flavor. The lechón was perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender، the arroz con gandules tasted just like homemade، the yuca was cooked to perfection، and the morcilla and chicharrones were crispy، flavorful، and simply unforgettable. The atmosphere was lively، inviting، and full of positive energy. As if the amazing food wasn’t enough، the biggest surprise of the day was the live music brought in from Puerto Rico. It created such a special and authentic experience that had everyone smiling، singing، and enjoying themselves. If you’re looking for authentic Puerto Rican Creole cuisine، wonderful people، and a memorable dining experience، A La Varita is a must-visit. We can’t wait to come back!

Authentic Puerto Rican restaurant، the food is fresh and prepared in-house، many of the items cooked by the restaurant's owner. The service is excellent and friendly، and the ambiance was very nicely planned and laid out. I had the chicharrones as an appetizer and the lechon accompanied with guineitos and Arroz con gandules. The meal was a treat، like eating in the island itself. For dessert had the flan، which was very good. Ask for the daily specials، sometimes there are surprises not in the menu. For example، in my visit they had pasteles، which I took home and have not yet tried، stay tuned. Highly recommended، if you like Puerto Rican food، it's a must visit. Enjoy 🇵🇷

Absolutely delicious! 🤤 The rice with pigeon peas (arroz con gandules) was on point، the crunchy chicharrón was AMAZING، and the mojitos، margaritas & sangria were all so good! 🍹✨ And the desserts? Every single one was superb! 🍰😍 Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went for dinner and had an amazing experience with fantastic food. Whether you want to enjoy a few drinks on the patio watching your food be prepared or sit inside and relax، this is a great place to enjoy authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. The lechón was perfectly cooked and the drinks were fantastic.
