I have been going to Betty for a few months now and I thoroughly enjoy my sessions. She is thoughtful especially if you let her know what your problem areas are. She not only have given great massages but because of my muscles being tight sometimes from the sciatic nerve she gives me a stretch. Especially in ways I can't do by myself. I would highly recommend her.
