I rented a home from Kelly Rotondo، and the property was filthy upon arrival. The bedding was covered in dog hair، and there was a smell of pet urine in the carpets and mattresses، which were also urine-stained. For a few days، I attempted to clean it up since I had no other option، but I kept finding more things wrong. It was so bad that I never spent a single night there. She agreed to end the lease after 6 days but failed to provide documentation regarding the deposit refund، and communication stopped. We had to hire an attorney (luckily، it was free) to recover part of the money. The whole process was mentally and financially draining. We almost ended up with nowhere to stay for Christmas with our two kids. I strongly advise against renting/buying from Kelly. I was under the impression that she was the agent and not the property owner. I found out after signing that her husband was the owner، so I never had a fair chance. I would go somewhere else. *This is the right company for this review
