An extremely disappointing and deeply disrespectful experience. I called in advance to schedule an appointment، and when I arrived، I was told there was absolutely nothing booked in their system. In other words، beyond the complete disorganization، there was a clear lack of care for the client. This mistake caused me to be late، created unnecessary stress، and even resulted in financial loss، since I paid for Uber both ways for absolutely nothing. For a service that should value professionalism and attention to detail، what I found instead was confusion، unpreparedness، and a lack of responsibility. Respect for a client’s time is the bare minimum. I do not recommend them.
