I did cranial sacral therapy. Wow. Unbelievable. I had shoulder، and lower back pain and for the first time in months I walked amazing، no shoulder pain no back pain. Im feeling great the next day. I saw a post the other day and decided to take a chance and made an appointment with Alita and was absolutely blown away by how much knowledge، experience and expertise she has in Therapeutic massage، cranial sacral and energy therapy! In 2016 I was thrown from a horse and shattered my pelvis and broke my femur! Fast forward to 2025 and I had an accident while walking my dog and broke my femur on the same leg again! Now after two surgeries and plates، pins and titanium rods my leg is slightly shorter and my gait has changed which has given me constant back pain.
