I have been getting massages for about 5 years now. I’ve had a lot of different experiences in NYC and never sure what to expect when trying a new establishment. When we arrived، Laila was amazing from beginning to end. My partner said he had an amazing massage، she was thorough and got every spot. She was attentive and very kind! The owner was rude and speaking to staff as if there were no clients (us) around. She was literally standing 3 feet away with her back to us facing the TV asked “Did they finish eating and ready?” She was chatty with the person before and introduced herself as the owner but once the lady left her whole demeanor changed. She said hello to us after she realizes she was being rude I guess. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Either that’s just her personality or she was just another ignorant person. When we were undressing in the room، the owner also decided to have an employee meeting with the two women doing our massages and you can hear everything because the walls are so thin. The older woman who did my massage was very very very sweet but she did NOT stop talking through the ENTIRE massage. I didn’t mind the talking so much; it was the STOPPING to talk which was bothersome. From my personal experience، massages should be quiet، relaxing and is usually very very quiet. I couldn’t really relax because she was so kind and I didn’t want to be rude and ignore her or ask her to stop talking. It wasn’t personal I just wanted to enjoy the massage being that I haven’t had one in 6 months. The other gentleman that worked there was also very kind and personable. It was the owner who was off putting which is ODD because owners are usually very kind to their customers، especially in smaller establishments. Blessings to her for not needing new clients.

Great massage and package value with the facial. Jake was a great massage therapist; worked out a ton of tension without it being a painful massage. The facility is clean and tables are comfortable، but it does feel a little cluttered.

Had to share this as I was so happy with my experience today. We booked a couples therapeutic massage with a Groupon. This was my first ever session and I didn’t know what to expect. My therapist (Jake) was both personable and professional. He took the time to understand my aches and pains before beginning. The back and neck portion addressed every muscle in a most satisfying manner. The addition of the hot oil was very relaxing. The foot and leg massage made this 73year old feel a total sense of relaxation. I don’t know why I waited this long to have my first but there is no way it will be my last. Jake has set the standard for all future massages but I truly believe he has healing hands. My sister-in-law، who is not a first timer was treated by Amber(the owner) and said it was the best and most effective massage she has ever received.
