a few years ago، our electric service pole (40 yr old) was damaged in one of the hurricanes....a neighbor referred Anchor Electric and despite being 260 miles، Cam came to work up an estimate. Morgan in the office coordinated the paperwork and necessary permit and NOC....including rushing to the PO to get the signed notarized copy before it was returned to me....first class service....yesterday، Jeremy and Joey came to do the work....and I now have a brand new service pole، circuit box، etc. Very happy with the Anchor team. truly best choice for electric.

I’ve now used Anchor Electric of Florida twice، and both experiences have been excellent. They’re professional، punctual، and the quality of their work really shows. It’s hard to find a company that’s consistently reliable، but they’ve definitely earned my trust. If I had one small piece of constructive feedback، it would be to improve their phone/answering system. It can be a little tough to get through or get a quick response at times. That said، once you’re connected، everything else is handled smoothly and professionally. Overall، I highly recommend them and will absolutely continue using them for any future electrical needs.

Excellent and professional service! Highly recommended and would hire again. From first call to service appointment، our experience was simple and courteous. Owner Cam، resides in Palm Coast and is very prideful to serve the local community. Our technicians were Kyle & Dylan. They called to see if they could show up earlier due to a cancellation. They were prompt and professional. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure installation was perfect.

RUN FAR AWAY. Where should I start with how awful this company is? The floors in EVERY single room where work was done were scratched or pieces gouged out of the wood floors. No concern or offer to rectify the situation was made. The workers even showed their supervisor Jay where the scratches were and he took pictures. Then they ignored my requests to make it right. Instead the president of the company wanted to come by and see if they could have actually possibly been caused by his workers…. So trying to act like it wasn’t their fault when not only did their workers admit it but the damages are clearly right under the fans they installed. Not to mention when I asked the workers on day 3 to use drop cloths، they said they didn’t carry any in their truck and had to have the supervisor bring them some so they obviously did not use them on the first 2 days of the job. Multiple changes to the original plan were made over the first 2 days of work that were never once discussed with me. I was unfortunately out of town but left my number in case. They never once called me to ask questions or have me approve changes and just did whatever they wanted. When I told Cam I’d like some other small alterations as the order of the light switches didn’t make sense. Cam said to me، and I quote، “you know I thought you guys were gonna be easy customers and honestly you’re being kind of nit-picky” 😳 EXCUSE ME??! How unprofessional to say to a customer. I’m paying for a service and asked you to do it a certain way، I expect you to follow through on your end of the deal. Apparently Cam and this company do not care about customer service or satisfaction. When I mentioned that they moved one of the light switch installation locations to a different wall without discussing it with me، Cam replied “we spoke about that on Friday afternoon”- which is a complete LIE and he NEVER once told me before it was being done to get my approval or even as a heads up afterwards to say it was done like that. I just got to walk in and find it that way. Cam said they would have no problem doing a new bathroom exhaust fan install… come to find out the worker “has never done that before” so he didn’t complete the job. Cam never bothered to come help him either. And yet they refused to reduce the price for a half done job. I was specifically told Cam would be present for work days 1 and 2 since I was out of town and we had done a walkthrough of what I wanted… come to find out from the workers on day 3 (of a 2 day project!) that Cam was never there once. All Cam and this company does is lie. I guess I’m just “nit-picky” but I expect quality work and for my house to not be damaged in multiple places in the process. I’d never hire Anchor Electric again or recommend you to anyone.

Cam came out promptly to quote on our electrical upgrade and outlets installation. He got the quotes to us that day and on our acceptance، efficiently، set up the the installation date and time. Kyle and Jeremy showed up on the assigned date and time and completed the work earlier than we anticipated، for the price we were quoted. Cam، Kyle، and Jeremy we're all friendly، knowledgeable and professional. The office staff were very friendly and efficient as well. A great، no nonsense experience all round. Highly recommend Anchor Electric.
