After interviewing several real estate companies I decided to hire D'Andre and Nakita. They were willing to work on a fixed price commission that was very reasonable. D'Andre provided prompt responses to all of my questions. He worked with me to establish the listing price on the home which I had completely remodeled. The listing went live on a Thursday and we had an offer on Friday. We closed on the home in 30 days as scheduled in the offer.
