I brought my Toyota Corolla in for issues at highway speeds which could have been an expensive repair buy Miller's thoroughly investigated and explained that wasn't a necessary repair. Their intake process is very different from other repair shops I've been but they're very thorough and not trying to upsell or recommend unnecessary repairs. Both the front desk and mechanic portions of Miller's are very focused on customer satisfaction so I now see how they had a 4.9 rating. Their new location is easy to find with ample parking. Their pricing is very reasonable so it's a relief to know where I can take my car.

Miller's Automotive was very professional from start to finish. This was my first time using this company which I chose because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. They did a thorough inspection complete with pictures and two small video clips to document their findings. I was very impressed. No other auto shops had done this for me before. They texted and emailed me an estimate of the repairs needed. All of the repairs did not need to happen immediately so together we chose three that should be taken care of first. The remainder I can choose over time. They finished the repair job quicker than expected and I was back on the road in good time. They are professional، accommodating and provide quality service. I have no problem recommending Miller's Automotive.

It all started when my daughter had a flat tire and the lugnut was welded on the dang thing. So، I had it towed to pepboys. 3 hundred and something dollars later. This guy had a long list of problem with the car. 8000...yes 8000 dollars worth of problems. Charging triple the price for parts. The alarming thing he told me was that the car had a break line leak. Well، that's pretty important. So I was like dang، I need to get that fixed، but not here. So I took it to the dealer and they quoted me 2000 for a break line hose replacement. I almost did it. But I freaked out and went and picked it up. So I'm looking for a garage. I work for Miller's Ale House ،so I saw Miller's 👀 and said ok. Took the car up there. They did a inspection came back with the break line hose was lose... lose. Nothing wrong with the car. Then Miller's told me things that needed to be done for preventative care. Under 1000 to benefit the car. WOW. I just took my car in for the A/c. And they found a gasket leak. Did a buttload of work for a fair price. Car drives like its brand New. I’ve been here twice and the service is amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They do very thorough inspections and are very understanding when it comes to money. They don’t push or try to scam you like these other places. Truly such a pleasant experience، I feel like I have a brand new car!
