AWAY Spa

I had an absolutely exceptional experience at the W South Beach’s Always Spa، and I want to personally thank the entire team for their professionalism and care. Alex، my masseuse، was phenomenal. She catered to all of my needs and delivered a massage that was both relaxing and intentional. Her confidence، attention to detail، and passion for her work truly stood out. The aromatherapy portion of the experience was top tier and elevated everything. Lyly at the front desk was warm، welcoming، and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions with patience and made sure my experience started off smoothly. I also want to recognize Brianna and Kacmen، the lounge hosts، who were both incredibly professional and attentive. They created a comfortable environment، stayed aware of guest needs، and made the entire waiting experience feel elevated and seamless. The facility itself is beautiful، clean، and well-maintained. What I appreciated most is that while the amenities are impressive، they never distract from the true purpose of the spa—relaxation and restoration. Overall، this was an amazing experience from start to finish. The level of service، attention to detail، and professionalism across the board made this visit truly memorable. I will absolutely be returning.

I had a wonderful 90-minute massage experience at the W Spa South Beach. From the moment I arrived، Marie was incredibly welcoming and gave me a smooth، relaxing introduction to the locker room and facilities. The massage by Pedro was truly exceptional perfectly balanced، deeply relaxing، and exactly what I needed. The atmosphere، professionalism، and attention to detail made the whole visit feel luxurious and rejuvenating. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a top-tier experience in South Beach، I would just add the fact that as far amenities is only the infrared sauna، I wish they had steam room and jacuzzi.

From the moment David greeted me، Away Spa was an experience I plan to frequent at least once a quarter moving forward. The facilities were immaculately polished and peaceful. Warm tones and warmer hospitality. The tea and treats offered a quick bite before the main attraction، a facial with Tatiana. She is a professional beyond comparison، I have never had a better facial. Period. It was cleansing and so so relaxing. She has a special touch and a true gift. Thank you!

Run، don’t walk to visit the Away Spa at W South Beach hotel! This was not just the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had، but they go the extra mile when you check in. It’s a beautiful، updated، tranquil spa with sauna access and huge showers. I loved that they had chlorophyll water and gluten free treats، as well as fresh produce to lounge and enjoy prior to your appointment. Everyone at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful to escort me to the elevator to access and go up to the 4th floor. Karina did my nails and it was absolutely incredible. I almost fell asleep multiple times lol She really cares and makes sure each detail is perfect. Vivian at the front desk was incredibly welcoming as well. GREAT experience and wish I lived here to come back all the time. I came here on a whim and they had an opening next day، and I’m so grateful I was able to visit. Thank you!

W spa is fantastic. I go to many spas and usually have one thing to comment on for improvement. Not this time. Enjoyed a 90 minute massage with Valentino. Massage was a 10+. She was awesome. The infrared sauna was fabulous too. You wont be disappointed.
