Azalea Place Apartments

There are no words to adequately express how wonderful the staff are at Azalea Place Apartments. My elderly dad lived there for over a year. He said it was very quiet، which is what he wanted. The grounds are beautiful with majestic، very old، live oak trees، which are gorgeously adorned with twinkling lights to dazzle at night. Such a natural setting gives the apartments a charming warmth that is missing from so many other “sterile” apartment complexes in other parts of town. Azalea Place is affordable. Their communication is great، and they always have nice surprises for their residents. For Father’s Day they even gave away free beer for Dad! So fun! The staff were very kind to my dad، checking on him at times and making sure he was doing ok. They were even more kind to me upon his death. They were extraordinarily accommodating and helped me take care of things beyond what their actual responsibilities are. The compassion they showed was very special to me in a world where common decency is too-frequently lacking. There are a lot of things one mulls over after the passing of a loved one. But one thing I will never question is the place he called his last home. Azalea Place has a lot of heart، and they share it generously. I couldn’t have found a better place for my daddy. We have lived here at Azalea Place for much longer than i ever expected to simply bc of how much my family loves to live here. It’s our little neighborhood، truly. Although i do wish there was a basketball hoop or small playground on property، there are still so many things we enjoy about it. My family loves towalk the “neighborhood” daily and have loved some of the neighbor relationships we have formed. The pool، deck، grilling area، and gym have all been upgraded multiple times and they’re soo nice. The clubhouse got a makeover and feels so modern and trendy.. we love to stop by to grab a snack and a cold Coke 🙈🫣. The staff is always kind and accommodating even through any disagreements or issues we’ve had. I love that the people who live here like to take care of their surroundings and i hope that’s one thing that doesn’t change. My family feels safe and at home here.

Well، I have to honestly say that this is the finest apartment complex that I have ever lived in. First of all، the management staff is professional، friendly، cooperative، kind، and very receptive to the residents. Secondly، they are always having monthly events for the residents، which shows me that they truly care about the people that are renting here. Thirdly، this place is so very quiet and peaceful، the neighbors that I have met are very nice and friendly. Next، the apartment that I live in is very spacious، has every single feature that I would ever want in an apartment. This complex is close to everything that I would need to go to، shopping، restaurants، etc. Azalea Place is very pro pet، and welcomes up to 3 pets per apartment، which is fantastic! I am very، very happy here at AP!!!!!

I've lived at AP for almost 2 years and it's been amazing. Love the staff. LOVE the fact that it's not a lot of kids(no offense). They are always doing something in the community...ie food trucks، giveaways، breakfast etc. They stay on top of maintenance requests. Just a great nested away property. Hopefully soon we'll get an updated gate...fingers crossed. Thank you so much for everything AP.

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I had to break my lease after a month due to uninhabitable conditions. The apartment appeared clean at first، but then I began to smell mold and wood rot. I hired a mold inspector to come in، and the place tested extremely high for black mold. The mold was present all throughout the air duct system and the air vents would drip water. In the kitchen there were cockroaches under the sink، and there was mold in the hot water heater closet. Not to mention the hot water heater looked like it was about to blow. Also the outside of the building and stairwell looked neglected. There were dead bugs، leaves، and spiderwebs everywhere. I really couldn’t wait to leave. Do yourself a favor and don’t believe the positive reviews، there are plenty of other apartments in Tally.
