Great experience! Broke my front tooth and they got me in first thing. Dr. Fries was very thorough and took his time. He made sure I was happy with the end result and explained everything he was doing. I will be recommending this office to everyone!

I’ve had a few root canals in the past by other practices ، however this one was different. The whole staff was welcoming، friendly and helpful. My root canal was stress free and I felt at ease during the whole procedure. Dr. Chumbler and his assistant Miranda are awesome at what they do and I cannot say enough say good things about them. They both explained the procedure to me as they worked on my tooth. I actually left this office smiling. If I could rate them higher I would.

I needed a root canal for a cracked molar. My regular dentist wasn't up for the job and recommended Dr. Chumbler at Backbay Dentistry. I'm thrilled he did because I had an outstanding experience with Backbay Dentistry. Everyone I encountered was friendly، professional and helpful. Dr. Chumbler was probably the best dentist I've ever seen. He and his assistant، Angela، worked very well together. It's always uncomfortable when a provider and his tech just don't click. This was the opposite. Root canals can be painful but the care، comfort and maybe most of all the communication throughout the procedure kept me relaxed and let me know I was in the right hands. I highly recommend Backbay Dentistry.

Let's start off by saying، no one (or very few people) are looking forward to getting a root canal procedure. I was greeted at the front door by a friendly staff. Some quick paperwork and a short wait، then Angela came and got me. Angela was wonderful. She could probably see I was nervous، and helped ease my tension. She explained the steps that they were going to take and made me as comfortable as the situation allowed. Dr Chumbler was great. He told me what he was going to do before he did it. It was reassuring to hear what he was doing as the procedure progressed. In short: I hope I never need another root canal، but if I do، I know where I am going to get it. THANK YOU BACKBAY DENTISTRY

Went in for a root canal today. Kind of nervous as a new Dentist. But Dr. Chumblier was excellent and very personable. The dental tech Angela was very attentive and also did a great job. Extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend Backbay Dentistry and it professionals.
