This is a bakery by West Lake. It was a very good bakery، even though there was only one staff member working alone. We did not mind the wait، as there were many customers. Overall، the red velvet cupcake was good، and the drinks were good as well. We really liked the atmosphere because it is a small but very cozy place. It is often used as a quick stop for people who go jogging and want to have a fast drink. Nearby، there are also rooms for rent. Definitely recommended.

I honestly gave it 3 attempts. Every time I just couldn’t believe this shop has good reviews. Their cookies are so oily and heavy they literally make me nauseous before I can finish even one. I’ve checked with my friends and they have the same experience - nobody can eat them، you just feel like vomiting from all the butter/oil. The scones are dry and got no taste. The muffins are way too oily and sweet. I’m not sure who thinks their sweets are anywhere near good. Maybe cakes are ok? I’m not gonna try. This is the only place in Hanoi which makes me feel nauseous after 1/2 a cookie.

This is my go-to spot for delicious sweet treats. They use fresh and high quality ingredients، and because the menu changes each week، there is always something new and delicious to try! They frequently add new and creative recipes to their repertoire of goodies! This is a great cozy spot for work or a small gathering. The staff are incredibly friendly، and the coffee is simply delicious. Highly recommend trying their affogato، made with homemade ice cream!

Clean cosy quiet environment with good music on the background. Staff were friendly and efficient. We ordered different coffee on different occasions from local to more Italian ones، each time it didn’t failed us. Some cakes a MUST try، The pumpkin cupcake، Baklava cupcake، Rhubarb Custard Blondes and many others 🤤 our favourite is the scone 🤤🤤 Managed to catch a shot of their custom birthday cake while we were there! If you are in Hanoi highly recommend you to dropby!👍
