Balance Spa

My daughter gifted me with a 60 minute deep tissue massage. It was quite pleasant. I was expecting the massage to be a little stronger; but it was pleasant and Sendra was quite caring and lovely. Perhaps I should’ve instructed her to go deeper. But overall it was quite nice and the atmosphere was very therapeutic and “spa-ish”. The greeter was lovely and she offered me water and tea . I do recommend this massage for people who like a light or medium massage.

If allowed، I would give Balance 6 stars. The extra star for always going the extra mile. This spa is a true hidden treasure for those who embrace a business with authenticity، kindness، professionalism، excellent service and feeling welcome. I have been a client for a few years now and still look forward every time I book my service and step in the door. I feel appreciated and cared for. My services are always amazing and my bi-weekly massages from Harolyn and Allison are always exactly tailored to my needs and delivered with so much care. Mary has also given me a terrific therapeutic massage and her spa management style is just nothing short of customer appreciation and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. I am beyond a happy customer and feel so happy to spend my time at Balance Spa for true relaxation and special care.

It was amazing. I never had a professional massage before and Sandra made sure to really show me how it's done. The facility is very nice and clean، definitely will come back again.

I never write a review unless I feel compelled to، but after my massage today with Mary I definitely feel I have to write this! My 90 min massage was worth every single penny. Mary is truly gifted at what she does and she has me so impressed. I can't wait to come back again، I am feeling like a new person right now.

The customer service was fantastic، they rearranged scheduling to accommodate us to have massages at the same time. It was a Birthday celebration for my best friend and me. Haralyn was fantastic، the spa is lovely and serene، I highly recommend، and I will schedule every time I am in Boca. They had a nice Birthday surprise for us when we were finished.
