I had never had my hair dyed before and was super nervous، but Leanna went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and explained the whole process to me. She really took her time with my hair and I couldn’t be happier with the way it looks. I have tried various salons in the area، but hadn’t found one I felt great about until now. I had a very disappointing experience with Caitlyn on April 18th. I came in for an all-over blonde but instead received a balayage I did not ask for. The result is uneven، with multiple tones that look unblended and messy. More concerning، my hair was severely overprocessed. The bleaching left my lengths burned، dry، and fragile — damage I’ve never experienced before، despite being blonde many times. I specifically asked for careful monitoring to avoid this، which clearly did not happen. To their credit، I was issued a refund. However، that does not fix the condition my hair is now in. It has been over 10 days، and despite trying treatments، the damage remains. I am now likely facing cutting a significant amount of my hair. What also felt unprofessional was the lack of transparency around pricing beforehand، and the response afterward. When I asked if they could make any effort to help repair or improve the damage، the interaction was dismissive and rude. I walked in with healthy، thick hair and left with severely compromised hair that may take years to recover. As someone experienced with salon services and on-camera work، I understand the level of care required — and this fell far below that standard. I would not recommend!
