Bayshore Truck & Auto Service Center

Friendly staff and have been really helpful. Have taken my car here 3 times. Each time they where helpful and gave me all the information I needed to make a informed decision. They got my car back fast and no problems from the work. For the most part have been able to drop off my car with no appointment، but that might depend on the work you need done. Over all I'm happy with the place and plan to go here for most my mechanical work. Only down side is I wish they where open later.

If looking for a True Honest mechanic don't hesitate going here. Charlie and the Crew are straight forward. No upselling no unneeded services. They diagnose the issue and give you upfront price. We had an issue with a misfire in a cylinder، took truck over briefly explained situation and went over the basic measures we had already changed/tried.. within few hours recieved call with diagnosis. We approved repair and within few days received call truck was ready. They are very reasonable on there labor rates، ya they may not be the absolute cheapest on the block but please remember In most cases the old saying you get what you pay for is definitely true. These guys definitely have the experience، knowledge and professionalism which to me is definitely more important then the few dollars you may save else where. My repair was in the 3k range and I will absolutely continue taking my family's vehicles to them for any repairs necessary..

Talked to the owner over the phone twice in one morning and he gave suggestions that did not benefit them financially. Totally respect someone that does business like that and would go to them if I lived in the area. Sadly just passing through

Had a great experience here all 3 times I’ve taken my cars here. Honest، no unnecessary upselling and thorough work. Price is fair and they do what they say they are going to do. They have been willing to help me last minute in 2 scenarios where I didn’t have an appointment. Charley who owns and operates the place، is the most pleasant customer service focused person you will ever meet. One of the mechanics، Robert took time to show me the issues he found with my car today and then got to work on it right away. It’s a refreshing thing to work with honest and caring people. I will only be coming here for any work on my cars in the future.

This establishment for 1.5 hours of labor، charged me a young black female، a little over $500 to replace one coil، spark plug، and two air filters in my FX35. But failed to check for other bad coils resulting in me having to replace another one month later for $250. Total rip offs for hard working individuals and seniors living near this business.
