I came here bc I had a doctor's appt that morning in the area. The staff were excellent and extremely pleasant. I normally just get a manicure and pedicure but the gentleman told me to get gel bc it lasts 3 + weeks so I agreed. Not even 7 days later I had my first chipped nail. I wasn't concerned bc it was only one، 10 days later 5 nails are severely chipped. When I called the salon the woman I spoke to said they would not cover nail chips 10 days post appointment. I explained the chipping happened days earlier on one nail and she said too bad I should have called earlier. I paid $115 for gel manicure and pedicure here for it to last a week. That is absolutely unacceptable and I would STRONGLY advise going to a different salon. There are plenty in this very area that probably would honor the work.
