I recently had the pleasure of visiting Blue Bird Bistro & Wine Bar، and it was truly a hidden gem. I went for an educational meeting with my coworkers from Midway Specialty Care Center، and it turned out to be the perfect setting. From the moment I walked in، the atmosphere felt warm، intimate، and inviting—ideal for both professional gatherings and a relaxing evening. The environment made it easy to focus، connect، and still enjoy the experience. The food was fresh and thoughtfully prepared، with a menu that offers everything from delicious baked goods to flavorful soups، salads، sandwiches، and charcuterie boards. You can really taste the quality and care in each dish. The wine selection is also impressive، with great options that pair perfectly with the menu. What stood out most to me was the overall experience—the friendly service، the attention to detail، and the laid-back vibe. The ambiance adds something special that makes you want to stay a little longer and come back again. If you’re looking for a place in Fort Pierce that works well for meetings، great food، and a relaxing atmosphere، Blue Bird Bistro & Wine Bar is definitely worth a visit.

Darryl and Gina hosted my mom's surprise 90th birthday party. They could not have been kinder and more accommodating. The restaurant is warm and welcoming. Service was great and the food was awesome. Thank you to Blue Bird Bistro and Wine Bar for making the occasion so memorable! (Personally، I had the Bluebird Flatbread and highly recommend it!)

We found this place by accident when our navigation app took us down the street. We went for a late lunch/early dinner last Saturday which happened to be their one year anniversary. We are so glad we decided to stop in. The food was amazing! Every dish was so fresh and delicious. If you have a salad be sure to try their special house blueberry dressing - so yummy! Gina’s chocolate cake was the perfect dessert to end the meal. The staff including the chef، and the owner and his wife were so friendly. The atmosphere is sophisticated، but not stuffy. The pricing was very reasonable considering the fresh ingredients and caring preparation. The music، soft jazz was lovely and from the owner’s private collection. What a nice treat and so different from the usual tourist beach bar atmosphere we usually find around town. We are looking forward to going back soon.

This little hide away in Fort Pierce is a gem. The vibe was enjoyable. Good jazz music playing. The food was flavorful and good. Made to order. Everything was excellent. They have a variety of wines and beers to choose from. I enjoyed the homemade Jamaican Ginger tea. Establishment is very clean and nice decor.

What a treat to have an upscale wine bar in Ft. Pierce، Florida. Leave it to Darryl and Gina to create a delightful and relaxing place to enjoy an evening glass of wine or a mid-day coffee and dessert. I had the shrimp and corn chowder with a salad and a glass of Cabernet. Scrumptious. I enjoyed the crisp clean feel of this cozy but elegant dining area. On a cool evening، I plan on spending time on the deck. Service was excellent. I would also like to return for the wine tastings.
