The owner is such a jewel. This is a lovely mature dive bar with live music and bands.

Blue Tavern is a magical place that brings so many folks from different walks of life together through music and art.

The Blue Tavern is a wonderful place. It’s tucked in on North Monroe street near midtown across from Wells Fargo bank. They offer beer and wine and light food. There is music every night. The music is eclectic with mostly people passing through town. The Blue Tavern doesn’t recycle acts over and over. They bring you something different from the week before. Ben and Isabel are great at the bar. Real nice place with outdoor seating. It’s a really cool place

We just went to Bluesday Tuesday and had a blast! This place is little but packs a lot of charm. The decor is amazing with portraits of blues greats، a cigar box guitar and other memorabilia. The music was great، the staff are really nice and the place has a nice vibe. We missed out on cajun food that night but hope to be back to check that out. They have a small but varied drink offerings so we were each able to find something we were happy with.

First visit to Blue Tavern، tho it's been on my list for ages. Music by Therese and Seep was amazing! Love their chemistry and of course، their musical talents.
