Bright Light Pediatric Dentistry

I have 4 kids and trust me when I tell you that we’ve tried our fair share of dentist… & Dr. Alma is legitimately THE BEST dentist I’ve ever taken my kids toooo!! She’s attentive، kind، gentle and always willing to listen to my kids complaints or concerns، as well as my own. They have tv’s propped with your choice of children shows/movies. And a treasure box the kids always look forward to! Plus stickers! The waiting room has a tv and a children’s table with colors and paper. They also have small toys and children’s books they can read. You’re greeted with a smile every time and they make the kids feel so welcomed and comfortable. She is the only dentist I’ll be taking my children to. Bright light is absolutely the best، from the girls at reception to the dental assistants to Dr. Alma herself. Honestly recommended them to every mama I know. 10/10 every time!

I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Alma and her entire team. I was very nervous because it was my child’s first visit to the dentist، and on top of that، it was an emergency. I didn’t want him to suffer. They completely exceeded my expectations. 🤩 From the very beginning، the environment was filled with love، patience، and professionalism. Throughout the entire process، I felt safe and at ease in Dr. Alma’s hands، and my child remained calm during the whole procedure. This clinic is amazing! Everything is bright and clean and Dr. Alma really cares for children. We took our 2 year daughter to Dr. Alma regarding a concern with her teeth. Dr. Alma was very compassionate and gave us great advice on how to take care of our daughter’s teeth. She provided a gentle cleaning and sang as our daughter was being worked on and evaluated. The staff were also very nice and professional. Highly recommend for any pediatric dental issues.

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Alma during my daughter first dental appointment! From the moment we arrived، she was very welcoming and made my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Alma was incredibly patient، gentle، and kind throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything to us. My daughter left smiling and even said she’s not scared to come back! I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a compassionate and amazing dentist for their child.

Update: After my original review، the dentist personally took the time to review every transaction with me، line by line، using her calculator to ensure everything was accurate. During that review، she discovered that we were owed an additional $180 that had not been accounted for and immediately issued the credit. I truly appreciate the care، professionalism، and integrity she demonstrated. It meant a lot that she personally took ownership of the situation and made sure everything was corrected. While the original experience was frustrating، the way she handled it earned my respect. Thank you for taking the time to make it right. Original Post: The dentist was absolutely wonderful، and I truly appreciated the care she provided for my daughter. My review is not about the dentist—it's about my experience with the front office and billing. I understand that a dental office may not be able to provide a final cost until insurance has processed the claim. However، throughout our time with this office، I repeatedly received significantly different price quotes and explanations for the same treatment. The estimates and reasons for the charges changed from one conversation to the next، making it very difficult to understand what my actual financial responsibility would be. This was not an isolated incident. It happened on multiple occasions over the course of our visits، which ultimately caused me to lose confidence in the billing process and transfer my daughter's care to another office. The dentist deserves five stars. My rating reflects the front office communication and billing experience، not the quality of the dental care.
