The front desk team، including Lori، was incredibly warm and helpful right from my first phone call and check-in. She answered all my questions patiently، explained everything clearly، and had such a friendly، genuine demeanor that instantly put me at ease. Jessica (one of the amazing hygienists/assistants) was fantastic during my appointment. She was so knowledgeable about the procedures، took the time to explain what she was doing step by step، and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her gentle approach and clear communication made the whole visit stress-free. And of course، Dr. Pierpont is outstanding. She's not only highly skilled and thorough but also takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain treatment options in a way that's easy to understand. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being، and her expertise shines through in every interaction. Dr. Pierpoint’s care is patient centered in that she is respectful، listens to patients concerns، always makes sure you are informed and able to freely make decisions about your care. Dr. Pierpoint is meticulous about her dental work and always making sure procedures are as pain free as possible. She also has a delightful and positive demeanor.

Went there for a cleaning and I always learn something about better practices of taking care of my teeth and areas I need to work on or areas of concern. I appreciate the great care they take of me. Tiffany is an excellent hygienist and Dr. Pierpont is one of the best.
