"You can always find a man that will provide lower quality at a cheaper price، but the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten". We recently purchased a 1956 vintage house in Lighthouse Point. Typical of the age، it had lots of work done over the years including two additions. It had what seemed like one dimmer of every style since 1960، which we wanted all changed to a standard Lutron. We also wanted ceiling can type lighting installed in the dining & living room areas، including some wall-wash art lights. Burley Electric was highly recommended on our neighborhood ring correspondence so we called them. Lance Burley came out himself، did the survey، provided a fair quote for the work required، and was able to get a team out to do the project on short order to meet our compressed schedule. The guys did a professional job، despite unexpected difficulty getting the wiring around the all the modified extra beams & rafters added in the ceiling additions. Poor Ricardo deserves a medal، he was up there in the low overhead and insulation for hours، but they got it done and it all looks great. We expected to pay a fair price for a professional quality project. With Burley Electric that is what we got. We will be calling Burley for our future projects.
