Cakes Pastries & More

I stopped by yesterday afternoon to look for a delicious dessert to take home with me and boy did I strike it rich. With many options of absolutely delicious looking cakes and pastries it was hard to decide. A great multi layer chocolate cake، an absolutely perfect red velvet cake or so many other options. I chose the croissants. Two dozen. One dozen of the plain and one dozen of mixed delights. The family loves them all but my personal favorite is the cream filled. Keep in mind that they are open for breakfast and lunch. Delicious cafeteria style dining available. Pick out your favorites and sit down and enjoy. They are always my first choice for delicious desserts that can’t be found anywhere else. Stop by the friendly staff will gladly box up your favorites to take home with you.

It's kind of hard to find a solid breakfast spot when traveling down 74 West، without having to drive 2 hours. Cakes، Pastries، & More did not satisfy our need for some good breakfast. We have never been to a restaurant that serves you your breakfast cafeteria style! I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing if a breakfast joint does it like that. Our first impression when walking into Cakes، Pastries، & More is that there is no character to the restaurant. It's just a spacious square. We both got breakfast plates. The eggs were their best item، but was still not very good. The hash brows had no flavor and were undercooked (if you can imagine that) and bacon tasted like it had been sitting out for a day. The "sweet" tea is not sweet. The restrooms are nasty، but the rest of the restaurant is clean. Why just the restrooms? Both the solid customer service and the cleanliness of the rest of the restaurant are about best things going for this joint. This place was fantastic! The staff was super friendly! After stopping at 3 donut places that were closed even though it said they were open from Florida on the way to Virginia we finally found one that had accurate hours and Great Donuts! Oh and the lovely lady made a pot of coffee for us cause really wanted it to go with our donuts! 🥰

Amazing croissants we got plain and chocolate filled. We also got a small birthday cake، was so good. They had regular breakfast but I did not have time to look or get any. Staff were friendly and quick.

Very warm and welcoming ladies! They were busy and kept the line moving swiftly. We ordered our breakfast. Once we were done، we went back and ordered various desserts "to go." Super fresh dessert options. From the cake، donuts، and croissants، it was all amazing!
