The first time I tried this taco food truck at my apartment complex، a friend recommended it and told me they had vegetarian options، which is rare for the trucks that come here. I was really excited! The tacos were delicious — I even ate two in one sitting and told my whole family about them. (I’m including photos from my first time enjoying the tacos — I was so happy!) However، the second time they came back، my entire family ate tacos and my entire family got sick. It was really traumatizing، and I felt terrible. I’m not sure what changed — maybe ingredients or preparation — but it was nothing like the first time. Because of that، I won’t be ordering from them again. I really hope they’ve fixed whatever went wrong and that the tacos can be as amazing as they were the first time، but I won’t try again to find out. I’m writing this review now because I saw them at my apartment complex again. I didn’t order this time، so I don’t know if things have improved، but I remembered this experience and thought it was a good idea to share so people are aware of the situation.
