Caprichos Mexicanos

I came here with my family with pretty low expectations، and we were absolutely blown away. This is officially our new favorite spot for snacks، ice cream، and sweet treats. I ordered the strawberries with cream، and it was incredible. The cream tasted like a homemade condensed milk sauce—so rich and delicious. It even came with a little wafer cookie، and the strawberries were super fresh with the perfect crisp texture. My son got the Fresas Locas، which is basically the 2.0 version of strawberries and cream. It had the strawberries and cream at the bottom، but then it was topped with a full ice cream cone with a scoop of Nutella ice cream that was incredibly creamy and smooth—definitely tasted homemade، not processed. On top of that there were tons of toppings: peanut butter cups، Oreos، a cookies-and-cream chocolate bar، Snickers pieces… it was massive and so fun. My husband ordered the Doriloco، which was a huge plate of Doritos loaded with corn، nacho cheese، esquite-style cheese، and corn kernels. It was so good and super satisfying. The only thing that might have made it even better would be a little lime squeezed on top—but honestly it was still delicious as is. They definitely don’t hold back on the portions. Everything was amazing and we left completely satisfied. The staff was super friendly، the place was clean، and the vibe was really positive. They even had arcade-style games for the kids and a cute spot to take pictures. We’ll definitely be telling our friends and family they need to come try this place!

We had a great experience today at Caprichos Mexicanos. We were driving around and decided to give this place a try، they have a variety of menu items ranging from homemade ice cream، with sliced fruit، Mexican corn on the cob، and Agua Frescas! Delicious 😋 will be back again

My partner ordered a waffle cone with strawberry and coconut ice cream، and I chose the strawberries and cream. Both were excellent، but the strawberries and cream really stood out. It tasted incredibly fresh، with light، smooth cream that wasn't overly sweet and let the flavor of the fresh strawberries shine. One thing that made the visit memorable was the owner taking the time to talk with us. He explained that their concept blends American and Mexican-style ice cream using simple، natural ingredients like fresh fruit، cream، and sugar. After trying it، that commitment to quality was easy to taste. We arrived during a busy rush، yet the staff handled it impressively well. Orders moved quickly، everyone remained friendly and attentive، and I noticed the team helping a customer organize a large order without missing a beat. Those small moments of genuine customer service say a lot about a business. I was also impressed by how family-friendly the shop is. They have games، sidewalk chalk، large building blocks for kids to play with، and even a rubber duck claw machine that my son would have spent forever trying to win from. It's the kind of place where families can relax instead of feeling rushed. Another nice surprise is that this isn't just an ice cream shop. They also offer a variety of Mexican-inspired snacks and other treats، so there's plenty to choose from if you're in the mood for more than dessert. If I had one tiny suggestion، it would be to cut the strawberries into smaller pieces instead of halves. Even then، it wasn't enough to take away from the dessert—there was plenty of cream، every bite was delicious، and I'd happily order it again. Excellent service، quality ingredients، and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. This is one of those places that leaves a great impression، and I'll definitely be back.

I went to Caprichos Mexicanos and everything was sooo good 😍 I tried the fresas con crema، ensalada de frutas، and esquite and everything was super fresh and full of flavor. Definitely recommend if you’re craving something sweet and authentic!
