Michael & his crew came and did our Backyard Patio، what a great job they did! From start to finish a very professional job. Michael was on site everyday. They were even kind enough to save our Beloved Pet's name that was written in the old Patio! We highly recommend this clean & professional company. We are now enjoying our Beautiful Hot Tub on our Beautiful Patio!! The Paint job too is amazing، as promised the Patio doesn't get hot and we can walk on it barefoot!! Certistruct، Mike Lynch، was recommended by Florida Spa in Leesburg where we bought our Sundance Grandee saying he is the best and they are correct!. The planning where he helped us to create the best dimensions for our house and yard is only surpassed by his workmanship. The same goes for the subs he uses for cement surface finishing and the bird cage. All welcomed questions، concerns and have the experience and knowledge to know what looks best. He’s very busy so get to him ASAP with a written list of what and how you want things done. By accident we shopped Mike last because he’s busy and only does estimates on Saturdays but that was good as it not only had us zeroed in on what we wanted but allowed us to see how much better he is at design and structural considerations that the other 3 with which we spoke. When we got the permit for the spa and they saw Certistruct and Chandler Electic were doing our work they commented we got the best and will be very happy. Boy are they RIGHT! Thank you Mike، J&K

Certi-Struct Construction did a fabulous job on our hot tub / birdcage project. From the initial site survey to completion، Michael Lynch handled every phase of the job seamlessly! The quality of the work was outstanding and we couldn’t be more pleased. I would definitely use Certi-Struct for another project and highly recommend them.

We would absolutely recommend Michal Lynch of Certi-structure. He added an extension to our lanai that consisted of a cement pad and screen room 32x21. He did what he said when he said. He handled the permits، the ARC (for the villages) and he promised that he would be on the job overseeing his good crew; he was. I interviewed many people for the job. Michael is the rare contractor who can draft the contract ، prepare the engineering plans، answer all questions، and physically do the work. He is also bilingual so he can comminicate with anyone. And he is tech savvy. It is virtually impossible to find all of this in one person. He was there pouring concrete which is the most important part of the job. He made certain the slab was pitched to drain properly. He was hands on. If the slab is of poor quality ، the entire project goes downhill from there. Michael was top notch. He was always responsive even in the middle of another job. He might be curt when answering while in the midst of pouring cement، but he always answers any day of the week. Many of my friends who used other contractors have had very bad expeiences with some or all aspects. My experience was great. From slab to final touch of the paint، Michael was excellent، Call Michael if you want the job done right and on time.. Our project looks fabulous and is high quality! Thank youl Michael. Dawn & Jim
