Certified Transmissions

This place was absolutely amazing. Alex is the best! They had great prices and we’re diligent in communicating what was going on? I had them replace a transmission in the 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. I will definitely use them again and refer them to everybody I know.!!! Thank you guys so much. They offer complete car care and are honest and awesome can express my appreciation enough.

Very reliable mechanics، outstanding work! I’ve been to Certified Transmissions and Complete Auto a few times، and each visit has been a great experience. Their team of mechanics is reliable، professional، and truly knows their craft. They always explain the issues thoroughly and offer fair pricing. The quality of work is exceptional، and I always leave feeling confident in the repairs. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto services! You won’t be disappointed.

I just had my car looked at by Alex a month ago and another time in the last few months. He said it was fine to take the car out of state، which I ended up not doing. Not long after I had my car inspected، it was struggling، vibrating while idle. His answer to everything is “keep an eye on it”. I guess I’m just supposed to watch my car completely deteriorate till he decides to help…My car is now struggling to start and the battery light came on. I have an older Lexus. From what I understand from talking to someone at a Toyota dealership recently، a lot of mechanics don’t address Lexus because they aren’t qualified، the parts are convoluted، expensive. Many mechanics just take hit and run money from you if you have a Lexus and don’t really inspect، address issues. Update: I’m at Toyota now because Lexus is a luxury Toyota. Even they said they can’t deal with this because they’re not qualified: it sounds electrical and I have to take my car to Lexus. They are getting a nail out of my tire for 25 bucks، which Alex just brushed off. Again، a lot of mechanics take hit and run money، taking only what’s lucrative. Thank goodness this Toyota in Lakeland is an honest dealership…

I have always taken my vehicles to alex he is the most honest and with values mechanic I have known and he always gets the job done at a fair price never had a problem I would definitely recommend alex

My wife and I had a great experience with Certified Transmission. My contact was Alex who we very up front and knowledgeable about options. I called around to at least 10 different places and they were by far the best in service and price. We got a salvaged transmission with 12/12 plan. We had a choice to either pay for a new transmission from Ford and wait 1-2 months for a range of $4500 to $6500 or pay less than $2500 for a salvaged transmission with 12 months or 12،000 miles. In todays market when you own a car outright and can get the same amount you paid or more with the current supply issues for trading it in; it made perfect sense to get a salvaged transmission. Alex was very patient with me help make me comfortable. No one wants to pay $1000s for anything but at least I am gambling with less then $2500 as opposed to $6500. Thanks again to Alex and his team. Great place، great service، and great knowledge.
