I’ve been going here for a while now and always have such a good experience. The office is super clean، everyone is really nice and professional، and they always make you feel comfortable. Wynter is seriously the sweetest hygienist ever — so gentle، thorough، and pays attention to every detail. She always does an amazing job and makes appointments something I actually don’t mind going to 😂 Highly recommend!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Carter Callaway Dental Group. During my last cleaning، Mallory did an outstanding job making me feel comfortable and gave great feedback for changes I could make to further improve my dental health and hygiene. Dr Carter himself always does a great job and seems to truly care about your dental health. I recently had my new patient appointment، which took about an hour and a half to complete. Normally، it would be an hour or so، but I was able to get the consult for invisalign braces. The pricing for braces is ridiculously expensive، even with insurance; however، the consultation is free. My hygienist and dentist were friendly and gentle for the services provided. My first cleaning appointment is in April، so I'll update my review then، since no work has been done.

My family and I have been patients of Dr.Carters for several years I’d say 8 or so. My son had a filling fall out and when I called to schedule an appointment for the repair I was told I would get a call back. The next day I called the office back to see if I could get him in because I still had not heard back from them. They scheduled him an appointment and then later called me back to cancel it. We were essentially turned away! This is now day 3 of my son having lost his filling and had nerves exposed. Dr carters office called me later to tell me they had scheduled my son at a another dentist but I already found a dentist that would see him @ Smileworks and at this point the tooth was abscessed and had to be removed and treated with antibiotics. I will never be back to Dr. Carter’s office and would not recommend his services to anyone. He let my 9 year old son suffer till we had to find help elsewhere and then deal with infection. The feeling of being helpless and trying everything you can to find help for your child is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone، especially not when you thought you had a doctor to rely on. I would give zero stars if I could! In response to your post below. My son was made to suffer for 3 days while we sat and waited on you guys to let us know if he could be seen. Yes، you scheduled an appointment that you turned around and canceled. Yes، you also made an appointment for him with another doctor (1 not 2) after 3 days of waiting and me having to find another dentist I had already scheduled with. I have been in communication with your office since the event. It was determined that your staff never spoke to Dr. Carter about my son’s issue. The office manager told me that the staff has been dealt with and she is pretty sure who the problem was and they never relayed the issue on the first day when I called. That’s where the problem was. Do not come at me trying to make me look like a liar. The problem was your office.

They fixed my teeth and now I can smile with confidence again. Ok I've been putting off going to the dentist for years because my last experience was not that great. First the staff is SUPER friendly and patient. My trip lasted maybe an hour tops and the total experience was amazing. When I tell y'all they made me feel comfortable I could have went to sleep while they fixed my teeth. They accepted my insurance and made me feel like family. If your in need of someone to take care of your oral health، come on in!!
