Being new to Miami، Randy and Evelyn completely changed the way we experienced finding and moving into a new apartment. Everything was so smooth and easy from start to finish! Randy took the time to dedicate an entire day to helping us، and we found our apartment that very same day. The board approval process was fast and stress-free. He is extremely communicative، replies quickly، and is always willing to help with anything you need. He is very well respected in the building، so you truly feel like you’re in excellent hands. Randy knows the building better than anyone and always has answers to all of your questions، always smiling and ready to help. Evelyn is incredibly sweet، proactive، and attentive to every detail. She always makes sure you feel comfortable and supported. If you ever need help with anything related to your apartment، she immediately knows who to connect you with. I honestly can’t see myself living in another building because I truly feel at home here. Especially in Miami، where people often live in their own bubble، it’s so refreshing to find such a warm and welcoming community.
