Such a 5-star taco truck! We paid $4 for each specialty taco and it was well worth it; the staff were genuine and friendly and helpful، and we were glad to find a place to serve us quickly on our way through town after driving several hours. There were three trucks/counters facing the picnic table bricked courtyard: one was for empanadas and tamales، one for smoothies، and one for tacos and everything else. From the taco menu: The birria shredded beef tacos were scrumptious and you could make them more Americanized and ‘extra’ by adding different toppings than the traditional shredded cilantro and diced onion: I love adding the pico de gallo and lettuce. If you want cheese it will be mild mozzarella، thick and melty under the tender beef! Two tacos with cheese and pico were plenty for me; the guys ate 4 tacos each. Al Pastor tacos were yummy per a family member who loves being a taco truck aficionado، and free sauces included red hot sauce and green creamy cilantro jalapeño type sauces in little cups، mmm both so good! Tamales: We even got some shredded chicken with poblano peppers tamales (rajas con pollo). They were individually wrapped in foil and tasted very authentic and rich، on the savory (salty) side and not too big، about the size of a corndog when you unwrap the corn husk shell. You’ll find plastic utensils and plenty of napkins، coolers for self serve bottled water and soft drinks. The atmosphere: was busy but service friendly and fast at 7 pm on a Saturday night. Mix of people. Picnic tables and Cinco de Mayo colorful decor، and music (not-too-loud so you could still talk) to make your heart happy. It was raining but the outdoor seating was covered. If you have mobility issues don’t choose a taco truck، as you find uneven areas and some mud in the gravel parking area on a rainy day. Fun murals on the trucks، and a picture-worthy Amor mural for selfies!

Atmosphere is 👌🏻 Their Burrito Pork isn’t that great. You can barely taste nor see pork in it. It’s 95% carbs، less than 5% protein. There’s a lot of rice and bean paste. The rice is smudged. Looks great but doesn’t taste great.

Okay، is not fine dining and you better be ready to order from an ad hoc menu، then figure out which window to get your food from، but it is worth it. The food was great and we loved the vibe. Completely eclectic crowd. The site is made up of some food trucks surrounding a courtyard on three sides with picnic tables in the middle. Everything we got was awesome.

Overall، this place is a great value for money! This food was decent but could be better. The only thing is the hygiene while you dine in. A lot of flies outside and in the summer heat، it was just too much cause we have to eat outside. I would only visit this place in winter for its food but definitely not when it's hot outside

I ordered exactly 3 Tacos Barbacoa with Lettuce، Pico، Cheese and Sour Cream via Uber Eats. I received it with a side of red sauce and green sauce، 2 limes and cut onions. One for my sister and two for myself just to taste، just in case I didn’t like it and well، I loved it. This is the best tacos I’ve had in the US so far..
