I would not recommend this realty company based on my experience. Communication was poor، promises were not followed through، and I felt like my concerns were ignored throughout the process. Instead of making what should have been an exciting experience، they made it stressful and frustrating. I expected honesty، professionalism، and transparency، but unfortunately I did not receive that. I would encourage anyone considering this company to do their research، ask plenty of questions، and get everything in writing before moving forward.

just now New Yelenis Perez. A sellers nightmare . My experience was very disappointing. During our interactions، I felt that the realtor spoke to me in an unprofessional manner، including raising their voice and displaying a confrontational attitude about everything! What should have been a straightforward and respectful conversation became uncomfortable because of the tone that was used. As a client، I expected clear communication and professionalism. Instead، I left feeling disrespected and frustrated by the way I was treated. Based on my experience، I would not choose to work with this realtor again. She is overly aggressive with her attitude for all the wrong reasons

My honest review is you can find much better!!!! Ana was the sellers agent and we were the buyers، our experience with Ana has been nothing but a nightmare!!! I don't even know where to begin. First، the communication or lack there of is just unbelievable. It takes her at least two to three emails and phone calls to answer back. It is seriously the #1 thing a realtor should be، good at communication!!! Second، she did not seem to represent her client's best interest and has that "It's not my job" attitude! Third، delays on top of delays on top of delays!!! This was a brand new house and I get there could be some delays، but it was supposed to close 2.5 months prior to the actual closing! Though it may not be all her fault، but as the seller's realtor، it is her job to make sure things are on time، things are done accordingly، communicate with buyers on issues or delays، but instead it was our realtor who kept asking what is the hold up? Do yourself a favor and go with a realtor who communicates and provides a much better service! If we ever come across a house she is selling، it will be a HARD pass for us!
