Don’t let the reviews fool u. TRUST ME! This food is absolutely disgusting. No real Haitian would eat here. They use to be good but now all they care about is money . No love goes into the food. When I asked why the quality went down they gon talk about oh you know once you go big and open up restaurants the quality is bound to go down. Like WHAT!?? No it doesn’t have to. Haitian food in miami doesn’t do that. Do what u have to do to keep the quality، hire more people، start earlier ، etc but never comprise the quality for short term revenue. The food is bad، I’ve eaten there 3 times ، other Haitians have too and have had similar experience. If you don’t love making Haitian food you shouldn’t be in the kitchen.

My First Time Coming Here And For How Much It Cost It Was Awful! Never Again! Dry/ Tough Meat I Had The Chicken My Boyfriend Had Goat. Everything Was Wayyy Underseasoned. Even The Rice Taste Like It Was Just Boiled In Water And No Seasoning Added No Salt Pepper Nothing Couldn’t Have Been، And Then It Was Hard! The Mac & Cheese Was Burnt And Nasty. We Were Highly Unsatisfied After Having Such High Hopes.

While visiting، I took my friend there to try Haitian food. We got some Griot، DiJonJon، and plantain. The young lady at the cashier took good care of me and my friend. She understood customer needs and relation. I enjoyed eating the food and hope they keep working on keeping the food authentic.

Choublak is exactly what Tallahassee needed in a Haitian Restaurant 🙌🏾 Their food literally tastes like authentic haitian food from back home، which is hard to come across up here. I’ve been there about 5 times in the past month & have been satisfied every single time. No complaints، chef’s kiss 🤌🏾🔥

The best griot in town، great quality ingredients، delicious، and friendly people! Worth every penny.
