Cinco De Mayo Mexican Restaurant

Recommended by my Airbnb host whist staying in Tallahassee، this place certainly hit the mark! A most comprehensive menu all things Mexican-some of which I’d never heard of. Friendly welcome and water and nachos and a salsa dip provided before ordering. Entree was so good. Excellent all round

The food is amazing! I am impressed! Authentic Mexican food and priced very reasonably! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with authentic music. Highly recommend

Great food and fast service. We were a party of four and were seated immediately without a reservation. The 2 for 1 mango Margaritas were delicious and they let me share with a friend since I didn’t want to drink them both. The parking lot has plenty of spaces and I found it easy to get in and out.

A wonderful atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. The wait staff is attentive and service is prompt. Their menu has plenty of options for any palette and the food arrived quickly، within 15 minutes of ordering. I ordered the chicken enchiladas verdes، which were delicious. There was plenty of chicken and the verde sauce in combination with the sour cream was the perfect balance. Will definitely come here again!

We were visiting for my wifes birthday and wanted to try the most authentic Mexican food we could find. We landed here. no AI pictures for the food، interior decor was beautifully authentic. With in seconds of being seated Diego greeted us with a bright smile. He let us know about the drink specials، the margaritas were fantastic! The first margarita tasted of fresh lime but the second one tasted more of tripple sec which was the only fault we found in our experience. We asked Diego for recommendations on different dishes since we were looking for the most authentic dishes and he was super helpful! We ordered the fajitas especial and the bistec al la Mexicana (not sure if I spelled it properly) we both got corn tortillas (they are hand made) every single bite was better than the last. I bet we did the happy food dance continuously. The salsa and cheese dip were fantastic! You can always tell how good a restaurant is by their salsa and let me tell you we knew from the jump it was going to be amazing! Even the sweet tea we got to go was wonderful. We live about two hours away but will definitely be back just for Cinco De Mayo! Thank you for a wonderful experience again Diego!
