Classic Cakes

Carol did an amazing job on both our wedding cake and groom’s cake. They were not only beautiful، but also some of the best‑tasting cakes we’ve ever had. The groom’s cake was absolutely adorable، perfectly captured the Auburn theme، and included our dog، such a special touch. We’re still hearing from guests about how delicious everything was. We couldn’t recommend more!

Carol was absolutely wonderful to work with when it came to creating our beautiful and delicious wedding cake! Who knew picking a flavor could feel a little stressful at first? Carol immediately made the process completely stress-free. She walked us through all the different flavors and then casually mentioned cookie flavors—which sparked a lightbulb moment for us. My husband and I both love cookies، so we decided to go with a cookie-themed cake، and Carol was 100% on board. She had fantastic ideas for making it work perfectly! One layer featured Oreos for my husband، another featured chocolate chip cookies for me، and the top layer—the one we would take home—combined both flavors so we could enjoy it together. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Carol also nailed the design of the cake. I came to her with one idea، and she immediately said، “Done! Let’s make it happen.” The result was truly special، exactly what we envisioned، and more—it was perfect in every way! We couldn’t have asked for a better cake or a better experience working with Carol.

Carol from Classic Cakes was absolutely awesome to work with! From the moment we met her at our cake tasting، she really took the time to understand our vision and helped bring it to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. We decided to go with a faux display cake so it could be outside without worrying about bugs or debris، and it turned out perfectly. It looked stunning and was exactly what we had imagined. For our actual cake، we chose two flavors: vanilla with buttercream and lemon with raspberry buttercream. Both were absolutely delicious. So many of our guests could not stop talking about it، and several even said it was the best cake they’ve ever had! We’re so grateful for the effort and attention to detail Carol put into making our dream cake a reality. We truly can’t recommend her and Classic Cakes enough. Carol، thank you again for everything. Wedding and event planners here، and we highly recommend Classic Cakes! Carol is the best of the best. She creates the cake you actually like، not what you read from a menu and think you should pick. She hand sketches every design. The cakes are beautiful، but theirs is one of the only ones I will eat doing weddings almost every weekend. A must for your cake!
