As a vegan، it’s often hard to find vegan ice cream that truly matches the indulgent experience of dairy-based ice cream. Cleveland Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor exceeded my expectations. Their variety of vegan flavors، including ones that remind me of home، like rum and raisin and grape nut، made me feel like I wasn’t missing out at all. I regularly treat myself here on Sundays. It’s become a routine I look forward to، not just for the delicious taste، but because it feels like a special treat that aligns with my lifestyle. It’s hard to beat that combination of flavor، nostalgia، and thoughtful options. If you’re vegan or just want amazing flavors، this is the place. Every visit is truly a pleasure.

First time coming in and will be the last time I ever go. If I could have given zero I would. Tried the coffee ice cream as a sample and it was good but I was beyond turned off by the person who “helped” us، attitude was poor and between her trying to rush my wife and I and her incessant need to tap her nails on the counter acting as if serving ice cream is some hard thing to do. You work at an ice cream shop، people are going to ask for a sample to try before deciding، this isn’t some new concept unheard of in the Ice Cream industry، you’re here to serve customers، if you don’t want to be there work somewhere else. Older Woman working the register looks tired of it all to be honest، I’m sure she hears from people all the time about the young girls that work there. I’m sorry but I am so tired of wasting my hard earned money in places with these young girls with these AirPods in their ears and attitudes that are just honestly gross and so off putting. I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 30 years، my family owns several restaurants and I myself take a lot of pride in my customer service and my interactions with my customers. Sad it’s so hard to find employees that have any ounce of pride in their work or just being a well mannered person. Word to the owner: do yourself a favor and let go of these young girls with the attitudes. They’re gross and disgustingly off putting، should not be working face to face with customers if they cannot learn how to interact properly with your customers. Won’t be back، maybe their other location has better employees، who knows?

Every single time me and my daughter come to Cleveland’s Ice Cream، we leave happy. The customer service is absolutely impeccable and that’s honestly what keeps us coming back just as much as the ice cream. Everyone is so kind، welcoming، and very professional every single visit. PETRIENA and KEIANNA are the ones who usually help us، and they are always amazing. They’re patient، friendly، and make us feel like valued customers every time we walk through the door. Their level of consistency is ICONIC. And let’s talk about the ice cream… it is always fresh، delicious، and consistently great. It never disappoints. It’s hard to find a place that delivers this level of quality and service every single time، but Cleveland’s does exactly that. Highly recommend!
