Cloud House

If I could give them no stars I would. The owner has repeatedly helped out in odd situations and today I bought a brand new vape pod and bottle of juice. The bottle had gone bad and was sour rancid and disgusting and I was offered 10% off after paying nearly $30. This place is slowly going downhill. What if you bought a pod that did not work?? How is that any different from selling a product that had obviously gone bad. Feels like someone just stole from me…..all I wanted was a replacement، not a refund. Just what I paid for.

This is the most beautiful clean environment. I have experience. The employees are full of knowledge. They know their products. Well، they were very helpful. The pricing is phenomenal. The sales that they have I am greatly appreciative of! In the icing on the cake، you can get points for shopping at the store. I promise you I’ll be back.

There’s something to be said for a well-stocked store. I must be honest، Cloud House was not my first stop tonight. I was looking for a very specific pod for a Vape، and they had it when no one else did. Not only that، but they had a huge variety of smoking accessories in stock. I saw glass pieces that looked incredible، several makes and models of vapes، one of the largest varieties of e-juice I’ve seen in South Florida، plus cigars، T-shirts، and other accessories. The sales associate، Samantha، did an amazing job، answering all of my questions and providing excellent customer service. Overall، a great place to shop!
