Coquina Cove Apartments

I recently stayed at Coquina Cove property in Palm City. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling out of state visiting Florida or if you just have family coming down to visit. What made it such a great experience was the customer service from beginning to end which started off with just a phone call to Liz Bernier she was so pleasant on the phone informed me of the information I needed for the rental emailed and responded back to me promptly. When I called she knew it was me calling very sincere. I also spoke to Ashlyn to see if my deposit was received she was very sweet. I had arrived late in evening due to my flight I spoke with Brittney Cotterell she told me that she would be available for me to check in when I arrive to just contact her gave me my keys gave me a walk through and helped me with any questions I had I’ve never experienced a group of people that work so hard together to make a vacation feel so calm and relaxed. Customer Service means everything you never forget great hospitality or a kind word. Excellent Staff also the apartment is lovely it has everything washer and dryer fully equipped kitchen central air and a patio، pool and gym a lot of stores to shop like tjmaxx not too far away and plenty of parking and very quiet and safe area a couple of children were playing outside. Also if anything goes wrong there is a emergency maintenance personnel available 24 hours that I ended up calling because I thought I lost the keys but ended up having them. He was very nice he picked up on the first ring and arrived within minutes. The supermarket is near by Publix، I’ve never seen a supermarket with so much wine you can buy everything from just one location. The day before I left I went to the leasing office because I wanted to see the faces to the voices I’ve been talking with everyone was so nice. I knew I had to leave this review because I couldn’t believe how nice and helpful everyone was even if for a moment it made a difference and it’s a blessing to see with all that goes on in our everyday lives there still some people who can show up to work and make a difference. I would recommend this to anyone searching for a long term hotel rental or air bnb in the palm city area very affordable and you get more for your money.

This place has been an absolute pleasure to call home. It's incredibly neat and clean، and the management team handles all correspondence with utmost professionalism. Security is top-notch، and the parking arrangements are secure، giving great peace of mind. The neighborhood is very nice and extremely friendly، while the overall atmosphere is quiet and safe for everyone. The gym، pool، and other community activities are fantastic، making it easy to stay active and have fun.

Howdy! Its Greg Klinker from building 4! I wanted to leave a review for the maintenance team because Joe and Matt genuinely turned what could’ve been an awful “no AC in Florida” experience into something weirdly wholesome. Matt came by first on Wednesday for the initial inspection and brought a fresh filter with him like some kind of HVAC wizard arriving with sacred artifacts. Super friendly، professional، and helpful right from the start. Then Friday rolled around، and Joe stopped by while the AC was being serviced just to check on me and my dog، Smidge، which already earned him MVP status. Unfortunately، by Saturday the compressor decided it no longer believed in teamwork and completely died. My apartment quickly transformed into a free trial of life on the surface of the sun. I called Joe expecting the usual “we’ll handle it tomorrow” response since it was the weekend، but instead this man went full action hero. He immediately offered to bring over a portable AC unit THAT DAY. I told him it could wait because he was clearly off the clock and probably trying to enjoy his Saturday like a normal human being. Nope. Joe was literally at Publix and still said he’d bring it over anyway. The man even offered to grab me something from the store if I needed anything. At that point I wasn’t dealing with apartment maintenance anymore. I had apparently unlocked Florida Dad Premium Support. He also checked in again on Sunday just to make sure everything was okay، and the coordination between him and the rest of the team was fantastic the entire time. Both Joe and Matt were professional، kind، responsive، and honestly made a stressful situation way easier than it should’ve been. Please give these men whatever bonus، raise، gold star، or ceremonial sword your budget allows. They earned it.

I’ve been living here for a while now، and overall it’s been a really positive experience. The community is quiet، well-kept، and in a great location close to shopping، restaurants، and major roads، which makes everyday life convenient. The management team is professional and responsive، and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. I also appreciate how clean the property stays and how safe and comfortable the environment feels. The apartments are spacious، and the amenities are well maintained. Parking is easy، and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. It’s honestly one of the better apartment communities I’ve lived in. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live with reliable management and a convenient location، this is definitely worth considering.

Absolutely love this neighborhood. We just moved in from North Stuart area but I’ve always wanted to live in this neighborhood. My family is excited to live and grow here for many years to come. Thank you for welcoming us with such a wonderful attitude and kindness towards our pets from the beginning.
