Dao Traditional Massage

I had a knee injury and ankle issues. Cathy gave me a 90 minute theraputic massage. After 2 massages I can do more than I could with converntional medicine. I have been getting massages for years but the theraputic massages are just different. I have already booked another appointment. Highly recommend!!!

I had the 60min Dao therapeutic massage with CBD oil. I finished it with fire cupping. I work remote. I sit a lot and although I exercise، I’m very tense all the time. I have chronic tightness in my neck as well as my back and hips. Started having knee problems، taking note that everything was out of alignment. It was affecting everything walking، even my sleep. Cathy was very professional and a wonderful practitioner. Her fascia work was pretty amazing. I can’t say that it was pain-free lol، but the release that I had was nothing like I’ve ever gotten from any physical therapist، chiropractor or anyone. She worked my entire back، neck، glutes، legs and some feet. But the main focus was back and neck since I was so far out of shape/tight/stuck. Next time I will get a 90 minute. I know I will be a little sore for the next few days، but no one has ever hit any of these knots-blocks، that I had all through out my rib cage، underneath my shoulder blades، etc. places I wouldn’t of guessed I needed work on. I’ve had many massages. Many different Chinese medicinal massage، Thai massage، you name it. This was definitely the most therapeutic، from start to finish. Clean and professional، will return! We filled out a simple، one-page intake form detailing our target focus areas and pressure preferences. The entire establishment looks and smells clean. Both Cathy and Grace are very strong. They can easily deliver perfect medium، hard، or true deep tissue pressure. The rooms are fully equipped with overhead ceiling bars. This allows them to safely use their full body weight to walk on your back، providing a much larger، more effective surface area of deep pressure than hands or arms alone. They completely broke up our tightest knots. We will definitely be regular clients!
