I’ve gone to the shop twice for my recently purchased 2018 VW and both times I’ve received consistent high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. My first visit was an oil change around Thanksgiving. On my second visit I brought the car in for a check-engine light which they diagnosed and resolved، and provided detailed information specific to VW manufacturing/engineering. They also proactively refilled my windshield fluid which cleared the annoying dashboard warning I had been seeing. And they follow-up post appointments to check in on how the car is performing. I highly recommend Das because of their specialized knowledge of VW، responsiveness، and commitment to transparent، friendly، and reliable customer service.

I brought my Mercedes in to have a diagnostic done، since I had just purchased her and was curious about what needed to be worked on. They were thorough، fast and the price was the most reasonable in town. The staff made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed the entire way. 10/10 would continue to use them. Update; I went back for a routine service، oil change، tire rotation etc. They were amazing. They are fast and thorough. I am so pleased with my experience. I will only come here for any work I need done.

Just want to give a heartfelt thank you to Josh and the team at Das Autowerks Tampa! I unfortunately had the worst case scenario happen with my 2020 VW GTI with crankwalk causing complete engine failure. Das Autowerks was able to confirm the issue and quickly get a new engine installed. It wasn't a cheap fix، but far less expensive than the dealership and certainly a fair price compared to other shops. Plus with lots of great feedback from the VW community، I trusted by GTI with them. They were quick، communicative، professional and friendly. My GTI runs as good as new again. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Awesome communication throughout the whole process، super fair price، had my car for 1 day once the part was delivered. Do not waste your time or money anywhere else.

Have to be completely honest، this shop no matter how far away from me they are، I would not take my Audi anywhere else for programming، modifications، or advice. Joshua was up front، honest، and very verbal about the integrity the shop holds. I cannot thank him enough and will be revisiting in the future for many different reasons (maintenance، performance، upgrades، and precision diagnostics). I have not been this impressed by an auto shop in many years، and a supreme alternative to any dealership I have ever visited.
