I have purchased at least 20 properties from Jeff Easterbrook and his associates over the past 5 years. The transactions have all gone smooth. The only time I had a problem، Jeff stepped up and offer concessions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It ended up being a terrific deal. I like Desoto because they take the time to vet out solid properties that have cosmetic issues. Most of them have instant equity. They always take plenty of pictures highlighting the problems and describe the issues، so the investor is not surprised.
