One of the best experience with a Realtor. Ron Falk and his colleague Will Urena were the “Dream Team” ensuring that every phase of our transaction was seamless and worry-free. They acted effectively، efficiently and effortlessly with completing all the action items in front of them. Our uncle passed away in December 2022، and my husband (who owns a real estate company in another state) was designated to serve as his personal representative. Ron Falk was recommended to us، and we hit the jackpot! Ron was knowledgeable، great communicator، honest، and hardworking. We had made arrangements for most of the contents to be removed; however، we still had a couple pieces left. He made arrangements to have these removed and to have someone clean the house. He checked on the property regularly since we lived out of state. The house sold quickly، and we were pleased with the price. All in all، Ron is definitely a great realtor as well as a wonderful person.

Ron was Amazing from start to finish with the sale of our home in Wilton Manors! I usually never recommend anyone as far as realtors are concerned but i have never been so impressed. He was able to suit all of our needs perfectly and he sold our property in 6 hours for the full asking! If you are looking for a well connected، super organized، caring realtor that will go out of his way to ensure his client's happiness then this is the guy for you!

Ron was super responsive in listing and selling my condo. I was very apprehensive about the whole process، but he helped make it quick and smooth. From list to sale it couldn't have been quicker، and I cleared considerably more than I expected. Wow! Super experience.
