This restaurant never disappoints! The food is always fresh، flavorful، and absolutely delicious. Every meal we’ve had has been fantastic، and the welcoming atmosphere keeps us coming back. The entire staff is fabulous، everyone is friendly، hardworking، and genuinely makes you feel like family the moment you walk through the door. But if we had to give a special shout-out، it would be to Dolly. She always goes above and beyond with her warm personality، attentive service، and genuine kindness. She has a way of making every visit feel special and makes you feel like you’re dining with family instead of just eating at a restaurant. Amazing food، amazing people، and outstanding service. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Mexican food and even better hospitality!

HAPPY TO HAVE LOCAL MEXICAN BACK! The maiden voyage to Don Melchor was certainly enjoyable. Staff were delightful and the Margarita was fishbowl huge! Tasty steak Street Tacos and typical guacamole،beans، and rice sides were the order. Delicious. Clearly، our servers were eager to go all out. There are just a few (gotta fix up that bathroom big time) points to consider when completing renovations. Let’s go for a five-star mujeres y hombres! Muchas Gracias.

My family، including our two young children، love coming to this restaurant. We are always seated quickly، which makes dining out with little ones so much easier. The food is consistently delicious، and the atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly. The staff is always accommodating، and we enjoy every visit. It’s become one of our favorite places to eat، and we look forward to coming back again and again!

Best Mexican food in Tallahassee. I had the birria tacos and they were delish. There is more time، effort and love in this food compared to the “authentic” Mexican chains، not to name any names…I like the chairs too، aesthetically speaking. My daughter couldn’t get enough of the inflatable bunny for Easter out front. I’ll be thinking about this meal for days to come.

WOW! I’ve passed by 1000 times and decided to stop by to give it a try… I have to say the food was delicious served hot and fresh، the absolute best flavored Mexican food in Tallahassee. I ordered a steak quesadilla (steak was tender and tasty peppers and onions cooked just right) and chips and queso (queso was yummy and served hot) Our waiter LUIS V. was fantastic he was super attentive to drinks and checked on us regularly throughout the meal to see if we needed anything else. The restaurant was clean، including the bathrooms. Great job guys. We’ll see you again soon!!!
