Downtown Bennys Pizza

Pizza taste like the sauce was straight from a spaghettios can. Not only did it taste like cafeteria pizza but it looked like it too. Was very disappointed. We’ve ordered from here before and the pizza has completely changed. Never again، couldn’t even finish the pizza.

As a NYNJ native، I believe I have certain standards for pizza and this spot was a welcome surprise. The pizza is fresh، flavorful well balanced in flavors and the right size، texture. Service is friendly and quick. Overall، this is my go to spot for pizza in the area!

No dine in experience. Just ordered through Uber eats. Not a great experience. Chicken missing for kids pasta. Also a strange gritty large clump in the kids pasta. My daughter asked if it was mashed potatoes.Way overcooked basically beef jerky Italian sausage. Meatballs warmish on the outside and cold on inside (microwaved frozen meatballs likely). Maybe IF we order again we will stick with pizza since everyone speaks so highly of it. But right now we are very not pleased and I am cooking dinner late because 3 of the 4 items ordered ended up in the trash.

First time I came here 4 months ago was great left a 5 star review. The couple times I went since have been great too. Today I ordered a cold ham and provolone sub and 2 slices of pizza. I had to remove my 5 star review. The sub was ordered with tomato and was missing it and there was barely any ham on it. The pepperoni slice I ordered was burnt to a crisp and cold and the sicilian slice I ordered was cold and the cheese was barely even melted. I picked the order when the lady on the phone said it would be done so either the cook there today needs more training or needs to be replaced because that's just unacceptable. I picked my order up at 2pm so whoever is managing this locating needs to have a conversation with the two people working at that time. I managed 2 pizzerias in Brooklyn for 4 years. Just unacceptable.

Food was delicious، got the white pizza and added a few toppings، fried ravioli and garlic knots. This review was written a couple of weeks ago، they have since changed ownership. The pizza I ordered today was not good. It wasn't what I ordered، they took my order correctly but didn't make it. When I called، they credited me with a free pizza. The taste is completely different، which is a shame because the original flavor was way better.
