Due Fratelli's Pizzeria and Restaurant

Went out of my way to give this restaurant a try based on a review by a local social media influencer. The service was mediocre، but the server was new so there is obviously some leeway for that. The food wasn’t bad، but it wasn’t great. We ordered the 1/2 dozen garlic knots، cheese pizza، chicken parmigian، and the chicken marsala. The garlic knots were soft and fluffy، but there wasn’t enough garlic or oil on them. We had to send them back for more garlic and oil to be added. I also didn’t think they warranted the high $7.50 price for 6 knots. The pizza lacked flavor. The sauce is just not seasoned properly leaving a bland flavor in the pizza. I think they use the same sauce for the chicken parmigian، because the same issue came up with that dish. The chicken marsala was ok. I prefer a sweet marsala which is how it was described on the menu، but it wasn’t sweet to me. Overall the food wasn’t impressive to us، but it wasn’t bad. Based on our experience، I wouldn’t go out of our way to go back.

We came to Due Fratelli’s the day after our wedding and had such an amazing experience، we were immediately treated like family. We ordered two “small” cheese calzones with pepperoni، and they were HUGE، delicious، and loaded with pepperoni exactly how we wanted. They mentioned their Tiramisu was homemade and it was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. Outstanding food، amazing customer service، and such kind people. We’ll definitely be back!

After tax and a $1 tip for a sandwich to go، paid over $18 for the "Italian" sub... Which ended up being straight up- just ham and cheese on a hoagie roll with lettuce and tomato. Zero flavor، no meat other than ham. When I asked on the phone when I called in the order what came on it، I was told it would also have onion and oil/vinegar. Part of this is my fault for not asking about the meats، but how does a pizza place not put any meat other than ham on an Italian sub?? I literally only stopped here because Publix was out of the way and I was trying to support local. I had planned on also getting a slice to try their pizza، but when I walked in، everyone was so engrossed in their phones that the cook/manager had to clap at them to get them to even look up. Maybe they should get a bell on the door so that isn't necessary. I'm glad I didn't waste my money on their pizza too bc after I discussed this situation with a friend، I was told their pizza is also disgusting. Really baffled as to how their reviews are so glowing، but the empty dining room spoke louder than the reviews. Don't waste your money here.

This place recently reopened under new ownership. It is worth a visit over the past ownership. The dining room was redone. The service was over the top، the food was tasty with sizable portions. I just attended a private event with an italian buffet. The food was top notch and we received positive feedback on the food.

Tried Due Fratelli's Pizzeria and Restaurant to go and was really good! My daughter was excited for the gluten free pizza، so we were pretty happy they have that option. When I picked up the items we were welcomed with friendly staff and overall is nice inside. Will return for the in-store sit down experience as well in the future.
