I honestly can’t say enough great things about Durbin Motorworks. I’ve had two car emergencies، and both times they had my car fixed and back on the road within hours. That kind of fast، reliable service is incredibly rare these days! This two man team is friendly، attentive، and professional. They know what they’re doing، and you can tell they genuinely care. I usually go to the dealership for service، but while living in Jax، Durbin Motoworks became my go-to—and for good reason. Whether it's an emergency repair or just a routine oil change، they make it easy and stress-free. Every time I’ve called for maintenance، they’ve gotten me in within the week، no hassle. Had a phenomenal experience with Esmir who helped identify what was wrong with our ‘22 HRV in a matter of 15 minutes probably. Over the phone he pre-identified that it may have been a wheel bearing and after the test drive confirmed it was just 2 new rear tires needed because of uneven wear/bubbling. Absolutely recommend this business for their honest and professional service!

This is one of the best mechanics I've ever been to in my life. My 2009 civic has been plagued with AC issues but they got it back running ice cold. The owner Denis is extremely professional، knowledgeable، and most of all HONEST. This is a rare combination among mechanics and it is why I have come back multiple times، brought my wife's car here and told my family to bring their cars here. They do not try to sell you crap you don't need or intimidate you. They are friendly، welcoming، and avoid the BS you run into at the dealership. Denis is always willing to explain to you what is going on and does his best to ensure you understand the needed repairs. It is evident he is customer focused and takes a personal interest in providing top notch customer service. If you are in the durbin area and need a repair، bring it here. I was referred to Durbin Motorworks by my fellow neighbors and had a great experience. I've always gone to the big name dealerships for maintenance and service. However، after 3 trips to the Toyota dealership in a 4 week time frame and little success with fixing my Check Engine Light and overheating issues، I needed to get a second opinion. I had to get my car towed to Durbin Motorworks، which they were gracious to accept it a few days before my scheduled appt. DM diagnosed my car with a bad head gasket and advised me on what to do. Overall it was not worth fixing since the repairs would cost more than the value of my 16 year old car. I really appreciate their honesty. A+ communication. They kept my car for a few more days till I could get another tow set up. I highly recommend Durbin Motorworks! It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics but Durbin Motorworks is a solid shop. I will definitely be back for my maintenance and service. Thanks!
