East Meets West Massage & Spa

5 STARS! I am always happy with this place and found them about 5 years ago when they used to be in Largo. I called Friday morning 6/12 to book a massage for that same day in the evening. I never ask for anyone particular، however this time I got a lady named Coco. Don't let Coco fool you - she is powerful! Her hands worked hard to address my locked up shoulders from stress and knots. Coco applied hard pressure every time consistently which helped break up and loosen my neck and shoulder nots. Her grip strength was really impressive and she knew all the areas on my back، shoulders، legs، and buttocks to apply pressure to. It felt amazing! Throughout my service، Coco would occasionally check to make sure she was getting the areas I needed and if everything felt OK. I work on a computer all day long in the office and really need someone to apply good pressure to my knots and Coco did that exactly. I felt soooo much better after my massage and they even give you a water bottle for the road. I will be requesting Coco for my future appointments. If you can't get Coco، Anna is also very good. This place is quiet and clean! The only sad part for me is they are in Seminole and I drive almost from Tampa to see them. That's how great this place is. 😊 Thank you Anna for your great team and services. Wishing you guys more business and continued success! - Katelynn

This was one of the strangest massage experiences we’ve ever had، and we’ve had a lot of massages over the years. First، they had us fill out intake forms to identify areas of concern and any areas we wanted them to avoid. It quickly became obvious that no one had even looked at them. We were simply directed to a room with no explanation of what to do، whether to lie face up or face down، or any discussion about our preferences or concerns. Once the massage started، the first 15 minutes consisted mostly of pats، squeezes، and movements performed over the blanket rather than directly on the skin. It didn’t feel like an actual massage، and I eventually had to say something. While the therapist had strong hands، the technique was inconsistent، and one side of my body received completely different treatment than the other. The most uncomfortable part was how my therapist repeatedly pulled my underwear down more than halfway، exposing my buttocks، and left them that way. It felt very unprofessional. My boyfriend’s experience wasn’t much better. His therapist left the room for about five minutes during the massage. Overall، the massage itself was weird،، but the entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. To make matters worse، we were quoted $130 over the phone as new clients، which is also the price advertised on their website. When it was time to pay، we were charged $140 and told they would not honor the quoted price. We paid and left، but as we were walking out، an employee actually yelled، “No tip?” Considering the unexpected price increase and the unprofessional experience، that was an inappropriate way to end our visit. Unfortunately، we will not be returning.

I had probably THE BEST massage in my life here with Jennifer. She used just the right pressure and worked my problem areas like a pro! Say yes to the Chinese medicine oil! Highly recommend- I’ll be back! So excited to find a great spot close to home.

Cocoa and Ana were amazing!!!! I can’t believe I waited so long to come in for a massage. I brought my mom and we felt so safe، relaxed، and rejuvenated. I’ll definitely come back.

Coco changed my life!!!! I cannot thank yall enough for being amazing، unbelievable، talented، I cannot say enough good things about this company. I got a two hr massage from CoCo and she absolutely will get a Christmas present from me and a bday gift. She deserves all good things in life she deserves her bills paid. She deserves random acts of kindness. She deserves extra fries in the bottom of the bag. She deserves all red lights to turn green immediately she deserves everything and more. I will be back weekly because yes، it’s that affordable.
