I wanted to order a chai latter without add-ons and the kiosk forces me to have add-ons as it won't let me move on to the purchase button without it. I asked the cashier about the issue and asked if I could purchase the menu without add-ons. She curly replied it will be the same even if I buy it from her.

Normally I like this place but today was just not it. I got a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese and there was basically no cream cheese. At first i thought they just put butter and didn’t get it right، but no، it was just a minuscule amount of cream cheese.

I was looking forward to one of your bagels it's been a while. Unfortunately your order taker should be fired. She was having problems processing my order. Instead of focusing on the problem she was more concerned about her text I finally had enough and told her that she should be working and not texting and she started to yell and curse. Terrible، I left without a thing.

THIS PLACE WAS TRASH، my cream cheese tasted expired، they were “out” of every type of bagel، except i could wee them in the display case. i have never had a bad bagel until today، COUNT YOUR DAYS.

I love the atmosphere of this location. I truly felt like I was in Brooklyn getting a fresh bagel! What an immersive experience، 10/10 would go again!
