Einstein Bros. Bagels

Entire staff was wonderful. Jake went above and beyond and was amazing. Super friendly. Super efficient. Clean. Friendly. Good food. Prepare quickly. Probably the best Einstein bagel store I have ever been to.

I ordered for the first time here، and the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in، the staff warmly greeted me and made me feel welcome. Paris took my order with great care، asking thoughtful questions to ensure my breakfast sandwich was just right. When my food arrived، the bagel was perfectly toasted، and the cappuccino was delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-organized، with a nicely arranged coffee bar and condiment station. I also want to thank Frank and the rest of the team for their friendly service and attention to detail. Everyone contributed to a warm، inviting atmosphere that made my visit memorable. I’m grateful for such a great first experience and look forward to coming back soon!

I ordered online، the bagel was good. That's about it. The cream cheese، I paid $2 for was basically not there. If I wanted a plain bagel I would have ordered it. Coffee was out. Sugar was out.

This place can get super busy - as expected. So sometimes you will have to wait because there are lots of people and orders not because of the staff. I’ve been visiting off and on all summer. What I’m most impressed with is when I enter، everyone speaks. The staff is attentive and hard working. I want to shout out the young people working here. You guys are doing a phenomenal job! This was written without incentive because i know they currently have one going for revised.

Well I can't exactly give any stars on the food since I never received it believe it or not. I placed an online order at 11:59 AM I got to Einstein bagels and waited until 12:13 PM. I watch customers come in with no online order. And place their order and get their stuff in front of mine. I reminded the young lady with the wig that I ordered online. She said she's the only one here she doesn't care. Even though 2 other guys are in the back، she's still proceeds to make other people's food in front of mine. And then she finally gets to my food and puts pork on it، which I'm allergic to. So I said، never mind، because at this point، it's 1230، and you've thrown my whole day off. She then called a young man from the back where she said no one else was working to come and help. Because I decided I wanted a refund. The young man proceeded to commit fraud instead of giving me a direct refund of the money that is owed to me، he decided to create a brand new receipt. And give me back less than what I actually paid. So should I be suing einstein bagels 5 dollars and trauma? If I were you، I'd get rid of that girl.. the amount of times i've ordered there and never had an issue.A delay or anything until I saw that girl with her hair.Not tied up just a bunch of wig hair، not in a net around raw eggs.Now i'm never coming back.Just give me my money
